1997 Porsche 911 Turbo offered at online auction by Repo Vehicle Holdings. Bank-sourced car with a clear title, VIN history report, no buyer fees and a 30-day return window. Open bidding with the full bid history visible.
This Silver Metallic 1997 Porsche 911 Turbo was ordered with power-adjustable front hardback sport seats and shows 52k miles. Remaining registered in Arizona and California until 2020, the car is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter flat-six that received an engine-out reseal service in 2021, which also included replacing the clutch assembly for its six-speed manual transaxle. The car rides on Bilstein coilover suspension and hollow-spoke 18″ wheels and is further equipped with a limited-slip differential, xenon headlights, fog lights, a fixed rear spoiler, air conditioning, cruise control, and a Porsche Classic Communication Management (PCCM) system.
The 993 Turbo featured wider bodywork, revised bumper covers, and a fixed rear spoiler to accommodate top-mount intercoolers when compared with the standard 993 coupe. This example was finished from the factory in Arctic Silver Metallic (92U), and the glass was removed prior to being refinished. Exterior details include xenon headlights with washers as well as integrated fog lights, and polished exhaust outlets.
The silver hollow-spoke 18″ wheels are mounted with Pirelli P Zero tires. The car features an Automatic Brake Differential (ABD), and the 993 was the first 911 to feature multi-link rear suspension. Bilstein PSS9 coilover suspension is fitted, and braking is provided by Porsche-branded four-piston calipers over cross-drilled rotors. The calipers were refinished, and the control arm bushings, steering track rod, and brake pads and rotors were replaced in 2021.
The power-adjustable hardback front sport seats are trimmed in Rubicon Grey leather, which extends to the door panels, dashboard, and center console. Porsche-branded floor mats line the footwells, and amenities include cruise control, air conditioning, and the Porsche Classic Communication Management (PCCM) system. The front seat bottoms were replaced in 2021.
