These terms govern bidding and purchasing on this site, operated by Repo Vehicle Holdings Inc ("we"), 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.

Bidding

All bids are binding offers to purchase at the bid amount. Bids cannot be withdrawn.
Maximum (proxy) bids are executed automatically in the published increments up to your maximum.
A bid placed within the anti-sniping window extends the auction by the same window.
We may cancel bids that appear fraudulent, placed by suspended accounts, or in error, and will record the reason.

Award and payment

When the auction closes, the highest bid at or above any reserve is awarded automatically and an invoice is issued.
Payment of the full invoice is due within the time shown on the invoice (48 hours by default).
Unpaid invoices are defaulted; the lot may be awarded to the next bidder or relisted, and the defaulting account suspended.
There are no buyer fees. Sales tax and registration are the buyer's responsibility to their state.

Vehicles

Vehicles are used and sold as described in the listing, photos and VIN report, with the buyer guarantee.
Title is delivered after payment clears and delivery is confirmed. Mileage is as reported on the odometer statement.

Delivery

Free within 1,000 miles of our warehouse; $0.70 per mile beyond, quoted on the invoice. Risk passes on delivery. Pickup by appointment.

Returns

Per the buyer guarantee: 30 days from delivery for vehicles materially not as described.

Accounts

One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your login. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or misuse.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are resolved in Pinellas County, Florida.
