Every live lot shows its current bid, bid count, time left, photos and a VIN history link. Nothing is hidden behind registration.

2. Register in a minute

Email and password. We do not ask for a card to browse or to bid; a refundable card hold is only used once you win and choose to pay by card.

3. Inspect before you bid

Read the VIN report, go through all photos, ask questions on the lot page — answers are posted publicly — or book an independent inspection through us.

4. Bid openly, or set a maximum

Bids are placed openly; the current high bid is shown on every lot.
You may enter a maximum bid. We bid on your behalf only as much as needed to keep you in the lead, up to your maximum.
A bid placed in the final two minutes extends the auction by two minutes, so a lot cannot be sniped.
When the clock runs out, the highest bid at or above any reserve wins automatically; the invoice is issued within seconds.
Payment is due within 48 hours. Unpaid lots are offered to the next highest bidder or relisted automatically.
All bids are binding. There are no buyer fees.

5. Win and pay

The moment the clock runs out, the highest bid at or above any reserve wins and the invoice is issued automatically. Pay within 48 hours by wire, ACH or card. If a winner does not pay, the lot is offered to the next bidder or relisted — automatically.

6. Delivery or pickup

Free insured delivery within 1,000 miles of St. Petersburg, Florida; $0.70 per mile beyond. Pickup at the warehouse is always free. Title, bill of sale and odometer statement follow delivery.

7. 30-day return

If the vehicle is not as described, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See the buyer guarantee.
