1960 Porsche 356B Super 90 Coupe

This 1960 Porsche 356B Super 90 coupe was refinished in Dolphin Gray in 2013 and received a rebuild of the replacement flat-four the following year, including the installation of 90mm pistons and cylinders. Additional equipment includes a louvered decklid, MSD ignition, latch-and-link lap belts, and auxiliary VDO gauges.

The T5 body was introduced for the 1960 model year with revised front-end styling, including raised bumpers and headlights along with a redesigned front trunk lid handle. Delivered from the factory in Signal Red, this Reutter-built example underwent bodywork and rust repairs prior to being refinished in Dolphin Gray in 2013. A number of trim pieces were also replaced at that time. Features include a left mirror, gold Super 90 badging, exhaust outlets that exit through the rear bumper guards, and a single-grille decklid with louvers.

The car has been fitted with an Airlift Performance air suspension system, which has Bluetooth capability and can be adjusted via an in-cabin controller.

Rotiform 17″ three-piece wheels are mounted with 195/45 Yokohama Advan Fleva tires. A four-wheel disc brake conversion was carried out and incorporates Wilwood calipers with cross-drilled rotors up front along with solid discs out back.

The cabin houses front bucket seats trimmed in black leatherette that extends to the door panels and rear compartment. The dash pad was recovered in 2015 by Autos International of Escondido, California. Black carpets line the floors, while the ceiling wears a perforated black headliner. Latch-and-link lap belts and headrests are fitted for the front occupants.
