Supercharged 2022 Chevrolet Corvette C8.R Championship Edition Convertible

This 2022 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray IMSA GTLM C8.R Championship Edition convertible is powered by a ProCharger-supercharged 6.2-liter V8 linked with an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Finished in Accelerate Yellow Metallic over Sky Cool Gray and Jet Black leather, the car is further modified with a lowered suspension, black 19 and 20″ MRR Forged F23 wheels, a Paragon Performance Touring exhaust system, and an illuminated clear engine cover. The car is equipped with the Z51 Performance Package, LED headlights, a high-wing spoiler, Magnetic Selective Ride Control, heated and ventilated power-adjustable GT2 bucket seats, carbon-fiber interior trim, and navigation.

The eighth-generation Corvette debuted for the 2020 model year and is the first to feature a mid-engine layout. This example is finished in Accelerate Yellow Metallic with dual full-length Sterling Silver racing stripes and is equipped with a power-retractable hardtop, LED headlights, power-folding side mirrors, front and rear cameras, rear Park Assist back-up sensors, a high-wing spoiler, and quad exhaust outlets.

Black 19 and 20″ MRR Forged F23 wheels are mounted with staggered-width Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The car is equipped with a front suspension lift system and a lowered suspension as well as Magnetic Selective Ride Control. The Z51 Performance Package added a revised performance suspension. Stopping power is provided by yellow Z51-branded Brembo brake calipers over ventilated rotors at each corner.

The cockpit features heated and ventilated power-adjustable GT2 bucket seats upholstered in Sky Cool Gray and Jet Black leather with yellow seatbelts. Amenities include rear cross-traffic alert, blind-spot monitoring, an 8″ touchscreen infotainment system with navigation as well as carbon-fiber interior trim, Keyless Entry, a 14-speaker Bose sound system, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control.

The heated microfiber-wrapped steering wheel features paddle shifters and frames a 12″ configurable digital instrument cluster that includes a central tachometer and readouts for speed, oil pressure, engine temperature, and additional data. Marks are noted on the left side of the steering wheel. A head-up display projects critical information onto the windshield. The digital odometer indicates 17k miles, approximately 7k of which were added under current ownership.
