The exterior is finished in the Windermere scheme and features quadruple slide-outs, while the living quarters were specified with beige leather upholstery, Stained Cherry cabinetry, Corian countertops, and tile flooring. Amenities include multiple LCD televisions, a central vacuum system, a stacked washer/dryer, a residential-style refrigerator, a two-burner cooktop, and a microwave. The coach is further equipped with traction control and collision avoidance, a SEE Vision system, a diesel generator, triple air conditioning units, and automatic levelers. The vehicle has been in storage for approximately two years, and the starter batteries were replaced in preparation for the sale.

Windermere was selected for the exterior color scheme, and protective film has been applied to the front surfaces. Heated three-panel side mirrors with integrated cameras were standard equipment.
