The truck was further modified by adding a Detroit Truetrac limited-slip rear differential, hydroboost-assisted Wilwood disc brakes, QA1 suspension components, 17″ American Racing Torq Thrust wheels, Vintage Air air conditioning, digital gauges, and a Sony stereo linked to a subwoofer.
The truck is finished in Copper with a white-painted roof and features a Stepside bed with a wood plank bed floor. Exterior details include chrome bumpers, dual side mirrors, vent windows, a side-exit exhaust system, and LED parking and reverse lights. Replacement seals for the doors, hood, and windows were installed under current ownership. Close-up images of exterior blemishes are provided in the gallery.
The 17″ American Racing Torq Thrust wheels are mounted with General 255/60 tires. The rear frame has been C-notched for suspension clearance, and the truck has been fitted with QA1 upper and lower control arms, sway bars, shocks, and rear trailing arms. Stopping power is provided by a Wilwood hydroboost brake system with 12″ front discs, 6-piston front calipers, 11″ rear discs, and stainless steel braided hoses.
The cabin features a bench seat covered in patterned tweed cloth along with a white-painted dashboard and door panels. Appointments include replacement black carpeting, three-point seatbelts, Vintage Air air conditioning, and a Sony CD stereo linked to a subwoofer mounted behind the bench seat.
