This 1972 Ford Mustang convertible benefits from refurbishment work performed by its last two owners that included an engine rebuild in 2023, installation of a Holley Sniper EFI system and related fuel and ignition components in 2026, suspension and steering work, mounting new tires, and replacement of the automatic transmission. The car is powered by an H-code 351ci Cleveland V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission and is finished in blue and silver with a black top and color-coordinated upholstery, and it is further equipped with front and rear spoilers, a ram-air-style hood, power steering, power-assisted front disc brakes, 15″ Magnum 500-style wheels, and a retro-look radio.
The car was repainted by a previous owner and is finished in Blue with silver accents and Boss 351 lettering. Features include a black soft top, front spoiler, ram air-style hood, dual side mirrors, rear spoiler, and dual exhaust outlets. Rust bubbles are developing in the rocker area, and the paint is peeling between the rear glass and trunk lid.
The 15″ Magnum 500-style wheels were mounted with 225/70 Falken Sincera SN250 A/S tires in 2026. The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. Service in June 2025 included replacement of the power-steering pressure and return hoses and repair of the parking brake. In February 2026, the front control arms and KYB gas shocks were replaced, adjustable upper control arms with adjustable camber rods and lower control arms with reinforcement plates were installed. The rear shock bushings are cracking, and the front outer tie rods are leaking.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in black vinyl, a retro-look, and floor-mounted center console. Black carpeted floor mats with Tri-Bar logos and chrome door-lock knobs were installed in August 2023. An air-conditioning dash cable was installed in November 2023, and a replacement heater cable was installed in September 2024. The radio wiring was repaired in July 2026. The air conditioning currently blows warm, and rust with some holes is present in the trunk.
The steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer and a fuel-level gauge. The five-digit odometer shows under 45k miles, though it is believed to be inaccurate and total mileage is unknown. The instrument-cluster ground was repaired and the ignition switch was replaced in November 2022.
