About this car

Equipment includes a four-speed manual transmission, a tonneau cover, 19″ knock-off wire wheels, a badge bar, a Bluemels Brooklands steering wheel, a folding windshield, Brooklands-style twin windshields, and beige leather upholstery.

Approximately 494 TC EXU models were produced for the North American market. The body of this example was dismantled and removed from the frame during the 1990s before metal repairs were performed, the panel alignment was adjusted, and a repaint in Cream was performed. Exterior details consist of a badge bar that holds an electric horn and a single driving light as well as a replacement black folding soft top, a tonneau cover, removable side curtains, a fold-down windshield, Brooklands-style twin windscreens, and running boards. The windshield wipers and turn signals are inoperative.

The knock-off wire wheels are mounted with 4.50-19″ Dunlop tires, and a matching spare is stored at the rear of the vehicle against the fuel tank. Braking is handled by hydraulic drums at each corner.

The right-hand-drive cabin is equipped with a split bench trimmed in beige leather, and interior appointments include a passenger-side grab handle, door-panel map pockets, and a dash-mounted rearview mirror. A burl walnut wood dashboard has been installed, along with replacement carpets.

The banjo-style Bluemels Brooklands steering wheel fronts a Jaeger 6,500-rpm tachometer with an inset clock as well as a 105-mph speedometer, an ammeter, and an oil-pressure gauge. The five-digit odometer shows 13k miles.
