1984 Nissan 300ZX Pace Car 5-Speed

Work since that time has involved replacing the battery, dash cap, and exterior decals. The car is powered by a 3.0-liter V6 paired with a five-speed manual transmission and is finished in red, white, and blue livery. It rides on 15″ BBS wheels and is further equipped with a light bar, four-wheel disc brakes, adjustable suspension dampers, air conditioning, cruise control, a cassette stereo, and burgundy and brown seat upholstery.

The car is finished in red, white, and blue Road America pace car livery with Miller High Life and Goodyear sponsorship decals. Details include pop-up headlights, black bumper trim, and a roof-mounted Infinity light bar that was serviced in August 2026. A paint correction was carried out under current ownership, at which time the decals were replaced, and ceramic coating was applied. One of the side orange lights in the light bar does not spin.

Bronze-finished 15″ BBS three-piece wheels with polished lips are wrapped in Dunlop Direzza DZ102 tires. The car was factory equipped with adjustable dampers, and stopping power is provided by ventilated discs at each corner.

The two-place cabin features bucket seats upholstered in brown vinyl with burgundy cloth inserts joined by a replacement dash cap. Appointments include air conditioning, cruise control, and a cassette stereo. The right-side climate control vent is broken, and there is a crack in the trunk trim.

The steering wheel frames a 145-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. Auxiliary readouts for monitoring oil pressure and oil temperature are mounted above the center stack. The six-digit odometer shows 19k miles, approximately 1,300 of which have been added under current ownership.
