1976 Alfa Romeo 2000 Spider Veloce

This 1976 Alfa Romeo 2000 Spider Veloce is powered by a 2.0L twin-cam inline-four that breathes through dual Weber side-draft carburetors, and it has been repainted in the Jaguar shade of Caviar Metallic. The car is equipped with a five-speed manual transmission, disc brakes, a Nardi Personal steering wheel, and a JVC sound system.

The Pininfarina-designed bodywork is said to have been delivered from the factory in yellow, and was refinished circa 2009 in the Jaguar shade of Caviar Metallic (CHP). The front hood was also repaired after an object was dropped on it. The car wears a beige soft top that was fitted in 2024, the door moldings were replaced circa 2013, and the headlamp relay has been replaced.

The 14″ cast alloy wheels have been media-blasted, powder-coated, and clear-coated. The car was factory equipped with an independent front suspension, a live rear axle, and anti-roll bars. Braking is provided by power-assisted four-wheel discs.

The seats are trimmed in tan vinyl, and the cabin features a JVC radio and speakers as well as a dash-mounted shifter. A crack in the dashboard has been filled with black silicone.

A Nardi Personal steering wheel fronts a dual-binnacle gauge cluster housing a Jaeger 8k-rpm tachometer alongside a 140-mph speedometer as well as centrally mounted gauges indicating fuel level, oil pressure, and water temperature.
