1971 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe LT-1 4-Speed

This 1971 Chevrolet Corvette coupe is finished in orange over Saddle vinyl upholstery and is powered by a rebuilt 350ci LT-1 V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission and a Positraction limited-slip differential. Equipment includes removable roof panels, 15″ Rally wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, power steering, a tilting and telescoping steering column, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo.

The car was finished at the factory in Ontario Orange (987), and features include removable roof panels, pop-up headlights, twin front grilles, fender vents, quadruple taillights, and dual rectangular exhaust outlets.

The 15″ Rally wheels are mounted with General XP2000 tires measuring 255/60. Stopping power is provided by ventilated rotors at each corner, and the car is equipped with a fully independent suspension as well as power steering.

The cabin features bucket seats trimmed in Saddle vinyl as well as a cabin heater and an AM/FM/cassette stereo. There is a crack in the center console near the parking brake handle.

The three-spoke steering wheel is mounted on a tilting and telescoping column and frames a 160-mph speedometer and a 6,500-rpm tachometer. A clock and an ammeter along with auxiliary gauges for fuel level, water temperature, and oil pressure are mounted in the center stack. The five-digit odometer shows 73k miles, approximately 5 of which were added under current ownership.
