This 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396 sport coupe was delivered new to Rogers Chevrolet of Rantoul, Illinois. It features the SS 396 package, a PosiTraction rear end, a Muncie M20 four-speed manual transmission, and power-assisted front disc brakes.

The 402ci V8 was rebuilt in 2001 with a Crane camshaft and ARP fasteners. The rear end was overhauled and fitted with a Yukon differential in 2010. It also has a cowl-induction hood, a Hurst shifter, front bucket seats, a center console, a Jensen cassette deck, and a dual exhaust system.
