1967 Pontiac GTO Convertible Project

This 1967 Pontiac GTO convertible is a running and driving project powered by a 400ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. It is further equipped with an Edelbrock carburetor and intake manifold, MSD ignition components, power steering, 14″ Rally II wheels, a center console, a dual-gate shifter, aftermarket audio components, and chrome bumpers. The body is finished in gold and has rust, misaligned panels, and failing paint, while the white soft top and the cabin’s Parchment vinyl upholstery require replacement.

The car left the factory finished in Signet Gold (G), and it is equipped with a white convertible top, twin side mirrors, a hood scoop, chrome bumpers, and stacked headlights. The door hinges are rusted, and other areas of rust and failing paint are displayed in the gallery along with misaligned body panels and damage.

The 14″ Rally II wheels feature chrome trim rings and PMD centers, and they wear BFGoodrich Radial T/A white-letter tires that require replacement. The car is equipped with power steering.

The cabin has front bucket seats, a center console, a Hurst dual-gate shifter, and black carpets. An aftermarket stereo receiver and speakers are also noted. The upholstery is failing, the trunk floor has rust, and photos of the condition of the cabin are provided in the gallery.

The three-spoke steering wheel has a torn aftermarket wrap and fronts a woodgrain dashboard fascia with factory instrumentation. A trio of aftermarket gauges is mounted below the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows 45k miles, and the total mileage is unknown.
