About this car

This 1965 Chevrolet Corvette coupe is powered by a Rochester Ramjet fuel-injected 327ci L84 V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission, and the fuel injection unit was removed and rebuilt in August 2026. The fiberglass body is finished in maroon and features flip-up headlamps, chrome bumpers, and dual exhaust outlets that exit through the rear valance. Inside, the bucket seats are trimmed in Saddle leather and accompanied by a center console, a heater, and power windows. Additional details include rocker-panel moldings, power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes, and 15″ cast aluminum wheels with knock-off hubs.

The fiberglass body left the factory finished in Milano Maroon and has been repainted. Details include flip-up headlights, chrome bumpers, fender vents, a driver-side mirror, a retractable antenna, and dual exhaust tips that exit through the rear valance.

The 15″ cast aluminum wheels feature knock-off hubs and are mounted with 225/75 Goodyear VIVA 2 thin-whitewall tires. The C2 was the first Corvette to offer fully independent suspension, with upper and lower control arms at the front and a three-link setup with a transverse leaf spring at the rear. Braking is handled by power-assisted four-wheel discs.

The cabin features two bucket seats upholstered in Saddle leather as well as color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Amenities include a heater, an analog clock, power windows, and lap belts.

The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for fuel level, amperage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 60k miles, a handful of which were added under current ownership.
