1954 Chevrolet Corvette offered at online auction by Repo Vehicle Holdings. Bank-sourced car with a clear title, VIN history report, no buyer fees and a 30-day return window. Open bidding with the full bid history visible.
This 1954 Chevrolet Corvette is the 468th of 3,640 examples produced for the model year, and it was the subject of multi-year cosmetic and mechanical restoration work by Russ Corvette Restoration in New Jersey that was completed in 2025 and totaled ~$100k. The 235ci “Blue Flame” inline-six and two-speed Powerglide automatic transmission were rebuilt, while the body was removed from the frame and finished in Pennant Blue, the interior was re-done in beige vinyl upholstery, and additional components were overhauled, refinished, or replaced as detailed in documentation. Features include a tan soft top, wire mesh headlight guards, and 15” red-finished steel wheels with faux knock-off spinners as well as an AM radio, a heater, and a dash-mounted rear-view mirror.
The frame was also repainted black. A tan convertible top is installed, and other details include a curved windshield, a chrome grille, wire mesh headlight guards, and directional signals in addition to Chevrolet fender badging, a three-piece rear bumper, and dual exhaust outlets exiting through the rear valance.
Red-finished 15” steel wheels feature polished covers with faux knock-off spinners and are mounted with BFGoodrich Silvertown-branded tires. The C1 was equipped from the factory with an independent front suspension, front and rear hydraulic shocks, and a live rear axle with semi-elliptical leaf springs. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel drum brakes.
The cabin was re-done between 2022-2023 and features bucket seats faired into the rear bodywork, which are covered in beige vinyl upholstery. White stitching accents the seat inserts and extends to the door panels. Other details include a dash-mounted rear-view mirror, a push-button AM radio, an analog clock, a heater, and a floor-mounted shifter.
