1950 Harley-Davidson FL Hydra Glide offered at online auction by Repo Vehicle Holdings. Bank-sourced motorcycle with a clear title, VIN history report, no buyer fees and a 30-day return window. Open bidding with the full bid history visible.
The bike has been refinished in white with chrome trim and a black leather Buddy Seat and is powered by a 74ci V-twin linked to a hand-shifted four-speed transmission with a foot-actuated dry clutch. Equipment includes a Hydra Glide fork, chrome passing lamps, engine and saddlebag guards, a rear luggage rack, black leather saddlebags, 16″ wire-spoke wheels, a Linkert carburetor, and a chrome two-into-one exhaust system with a ghost pipe and fishtail mufflers.
The bike was refinished in white under previous ownership and features a valanced front fender with a chrome tip and lamp, a black leather Buddy Seat with a chrome rail, a fold-down auxiliary spring system, and a fringed skirt with silver studs and conchos, and black leather saddlebags with fringe, nailhead embellishments, conchos, and chrome mounting plates. Fading has occurred on the right saddlebag and the seat on that side. Additional details include chrome passing lamps, chrome engine and saddlebag guards, half-moon footboards, a chrome rear luggage rack, a hinged rear fender, a chrome frame-mounted toolbox, a tombstone taillight with a blue-dot lens, and both rear-wheel and side stands.
Chrome 16″ rims are laced to drum-brake hubs and mounted with pie-crust whitewall tires. A chrome Hydra Glide telescopic fork comprises the bike’s only suspension.
A chrome console housing a 120-mph speedometer and an ignition switch sits atop the tank assembly between chrome filler caps for fuel and oil. Equipment includes the adjustment knob for a friction-plate damper in the steering stem and a chrome in-line handlebar that features a ribbed dog bone riser clamp, a left-side mirror, fringed grips, and through-the-bar cable routing for a twist-grip spark advance on the left and a twist-grip throttle on the right. The five-digit odometer shows 850 miles ridden since completion of the refurbishment, 300 of which were added under current ownership.
